- You can exchange, credit or refund item's which do not fit, unusable or faulty

- 30 day replacement warranty (for faulty products)
- May have an extended 1 year warranty from the manufacturer
- You will be required to register your new toy directly with the manufacturer's website
- Due to health regulations and the Australian Law, and added protection for our customers we cannot offer returns or exchanges
- Please choose carefully and rest assure we are here to help if you encounter any issues with your new toy

What item's are non returnable?
- Panties, hosiery, bodystockings, pasties, wigs and adult products as they pose a hygiene risk
- Item's that are incomplete, not in the orginal unworn condition, items that have been washed, tags removed, smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume, have human and / or animal hair on them, that are soiled or stained
- Final sale items / Clearance items (these are discontinued lines)
My item is faulty?
- Contact us ASAP by filling out the above form
- Please email photo's of the faulty item to sales@bossylingerieboutique.com.au
- If there is no replacement available we will give you a full refund including postage costs
Are there any charges for returns?
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days
